Luxury goods maker Montblanc joins the smart wearables market with the unveiling of the Timewalker Urban Speed e-Strap. The new Montblanc e-Strap is an interchangeable strap using Bluetooth Low Energy, offering a variety of functionality: smart notifications , activity tracker, social feeds, Find-Me function, among other things. Montblanc claims that the e-Strap will offer five days of continuous use and is currently compatible with Android and iOS smartphones. The e-Strap is available in conjunction with three new Timewalker watches or separately for about 350 Euros (approximately $423USD) and official unveiling will take place at this year’s SIHH show in Geneva, Switzerland.
