SIHH 2015 – Combining his passion for automobiles with his passion for timepieces, Ralph Lauren unveiled another tribute to the 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic Coupe. The Ralph Lauren Sporting Automotive Skeleton features a black stainless steel case measuring 44.8mm x 11.2mm; It has double AR-coated sapphire crystals and the bezel is done in Amboyna wood burl. The dial is black matte galvanic Azure, with subdial at 12 o’clock, sporting a beige RL logo. Inside is the Swiss manual-wind IWC for Ralph Lauren caliber RL 98295 with 18 jewels, beating at 18,000 vph with a power reserve of 45 hours. The novelty comes on a black alligator strap with black Alsavel lining and a black shot-blasted stainless steel pin buckle. No word on price. TBA
