Inspired by Ralph Lauren’s lifelong passion for rare and vintage automobiles, the house has evolved its Automotive Skeleton model with a striking new iteration: the Ralph Lauren Automotive Skeleton Steel. This timepiece is housed in a stainless steel case accented by a luxurious Amboyna burl wood bezel. Measuring 44.8mm x 11.2mm, the watch features a convex AR-coated sapphire crystal and a sapphire display back, with water resistance up to 50 meters.

At the heart of the watch is the manually wound Caliber RL1967, customized by Val Fleurier exclusively for Ralph Lauren. This precise movement boasts 18 jewels, 18,000 vph, and a 45-hour power reserve.

“I’ve always been inspired by automotive design–the materials, the lines, but also the power and functionality. Cars are like art–moving art–an accomplishment in mechanics and precision.”— Ralph Lauren.

Priced at $34,200 USD, the timepiece is available with two distinct options: a classic three-link steel bracelet or a rich brown alligator leather strap.
