Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly the new owners of this extravagant $2.6 million Spanish Baroque mansion in the Garden District of New Orleans. Appropriately named La Case de Castile, the 13,292-square-foot mansion was built in 1925 and was originally a Presbyterian church and then a ballet studio before being converted to a home. The building is currently divided into one main residence with 3 apartments (each approximately 1,000 sq ft) featuring 22 rooms in total, seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
