Meet the Auto Fabrica Type 6. English motorcycle specialist Auto Fabrica has taken a Yamaha XS650 and completely reimagined it as a sleek, eye-catching machine. The build features a fully rebuilt engine with 0.5-oversize pistons and handmade stainless steel exhaust pipes. To achieve its striking silhouette, the XS650 frame was modified by lowering the headstock two inches and shifting it slightly rearward.
“It’s one of four XS650s we rescued from a farm in the depths of rural Cornwall,” says shop owner Bujar Muharremi. “A lucky find that effectively kickstarted our company.”
