Swiss maufacturer Chronoswiss unveiled its second contribution for the Only Watch charity, the Chronoswiss Ouroboros. Housed in a 40mm 18kt white gold case with double sapphire crystals, the intriguing timepiece features a solid 18-karat white gold dial that is hand-engraved with a three dimensional serpent devouring its own tail, embellished with côtes de Genève in galvanic anthracite.
“Ouroboros is a mythological character in the form of a snake-like creature eating its own tail, thus forming a complete circle. Since ancient Egyptian times, it has symbolized cosmic unity and eternal recreation.”

To complete the luxurious ensemble, the watch is paired with a black Louisiana alligator strap and an 18-karat white gold pin buckle. The Chronoswiss Ouroboros will be sold during the Only Watch 2015 auction, with all proceeds dedicated to funding research for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
