Chopard unveiled a unique piece for the sixth edition of Only Watch – the Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Only Watch 2015. Encased in titanium and steel with black PVD, it measures 45mm x 15.1mm and features an AR-coated sapphire crystal. The case back is engraved with the inscriptions “Official Timing Partner Porsche Motorsport” and “Only Watch 2015,” along with Mark Webber’s signature. The timepiece is powered by the Swiss automatic Chopard in-house caliber 03.05M, boasting 45 jewels, a beat rate of 28,800 vph, and a power reserve of 60 hours. It holds COSC certification as a chronometer. The ensemble is completed with a black rubber strap featuring a tire-tread motif and a DLC steel folding clasp. This one-of-a-kind piece will be auctioned during the Only Watch 2015 charity event, with all proceeds dedicated to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy research.
