To celebrate 20 years of Pokémon, Swiss luxury watchmaker Romain Jerome has teamed up with The Pokémon Company to release a stunning limited-edition timepiece featuring everyone’s favorite electric Pokémon, Pikachu. The watch is housed in a 46mm black titanium PVD case, protected by a sapphire crystal and offering water resistance up to 30 meters. Powering the piece is the Swiss automatic Romain Jerome caliber RJ001-A, which features 23 jewels, operates at 28,800 vph, and provides a 42-hour power reserve. To complete the vibrant look, the watch is paired with a yellow vulcanized rubber strap and a black PVD-coated steel folding clasp. With a price tag of $20,000 USD, this exclusive timepiece is limited to only 20 units worldwide, making it a true rarity for high-end collectors.

The Pikachu watch wasn’t RJ’s only Pokémon-inspired creation — the following year, the brand released a more elaborate Tourbillon Pokémon timepiece, taking the collaboration to new mechanical heights.
