Swiss watchmaker Roger Dubuis has decided to impress us all with the new Excalibur Spider Unique Series, one of the very few minute repeater mechanisms to be housed in a carbon case. Blending modern watch technology with a classic mechanism, the timepiece is powered by the RD107 Calibre, automatic with 2 micro-rotors featuring a rare combination of a minute repeater with a flying tourbillon.
Housed in a carbon case measuring 47mm, the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Unique Series is visually punctuated with different function indicators, tourbillon at 5 o’clock, function selector at 3 o’clock, chiming indicator at 10 o’clock, and “All or Nothing” indicator at 8 o’clock.
