Casio G-Shock introduced a new limited edition MR-G timepiece, a tribute to legendary action film star and martial artist, Bruce Lee, who would have turned 80 this year. Drawing inspiration from the MR-G2000, this watch features a striking black and yellow color scheme, mirroring the tracksuit Lee wore in Game of Death.
The MRG-G2000 utilizes the design elements of the flagship MR-G series, and the watch further celebrates Lee’s legacy with this exclusive version.

The bezel and back cover are engraved with 12 Chinese characters that state the main tenets of Jeet Kune Do: “Using no way as way. Having no limitation as limitation.” At three o’clock on the face is Bruce Lee’s signature “龍,” which is the Chinese character for dragon.

Priced at $4,000, the MRG-G2000BL-9A is limited to 300 pieces and will be available for purchase beginning in April at select Jewelers and the G-SHOCK Soho Store.
