“Happy Home” – Pharrell Williams is selling his luxurious house in Beverly Hills and he’s asking for a cool $16,995,000. The 46-year-old singer, songwriter and producer bought the estate from the actor-filmmaker Tyler Perry in May 2018 for $15.6 million. Situated on four acres overlooking L.A., the glass house has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and is stacked with luxe features like a 200-foot-long driveway that can accommodate over 30 vehicles, waterfalls, koi ponds, tennis courts, and a grotto.
