Precision Meets Performance: The Michelin x Bamford London B347

Michelin x Bamford London B347 Pilot

Bamford London has partnered with Michelin to introduce a striking reimagining of the B347 monopusher chronograph. This exclusive limited edition is restricted to just 133 pieces, a number commemorating every year since Michelin’s founding in 1889.

The Michelin x Bamford B347 Pilot Sport is a masterclass in racing-inspired design. It features a lightweight 41.5 mm forged carbon case paired with a unique strap crafted from Michelin Pilot Sport 5 test tires. The aesthetic is completed by a black-coated steel caseback, featuring an elegant engraving of the iconic Bibendum (the Michelin Man).

The matte black dial is defined by a dynamic checkered-flag pattern and luminous accents for high visibility. Powering the timepiece is the Sellita SW510 MPa automatic monopusher movement, beating at 28,800 bph with a substantial 62-hour power reserve.

“What started out as a light-bulb moment, stood next to a line-up of Porsches at a car event with a friend who works at Michelin, has developed into this stunning display of two pioneering brands. The racing-inspired design, lightweight carbon body, integrating the recycled tyre rubber and marking this by adding the tread pattern from their latest tyre – it all works,” said Bamford London founder, George Bamford.

The new limited-edition Michelin x Bamford B347 Pilot Sport is currently available to purchase now for £2,500 (approx. $3,000) on the Bamford London website.
