German tuning specialist Carlsson has announced the Mercedes-Benz CGL 45 Royal Last Edition. This exclusive upgrade kit for the German crossover features a sophisticated two-tone exterior, 22-inch alloy wheels, and an extensively upgraded interior finished in fine leather.
The Royal Last Edition is available exclusively in China, a decision following the acquisition of a 70% stake in Carlsson by the local dealer, Zhongsheng Group Holdings Ltd.
Performance options are equally impressive. The V6 3.0-liter diesel engine produces 310 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque, while the flagship 5.5-liter V8 model delivers a potent 435 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. To maintain its exclusivity, Carlsson is limiting production to just 30 examples.
