Swiss watchmaker Breitling introduces the “Dark (k)night of the oceans” – the Superocean Chronograph M2000 Blacksteel. This impressive and eye-catching timepiece is the world’s only chronograph to be water-resistant and fully functional at a depth of 2,000 meters (6,600 ft). Housed in 46mm carbon-based black steel case , it has a 4mm AR-coated sapphire crystal, a helium-release valve, and black rubber-molded unidirectional rotating bezel. Inside is the Swiss quartz Breitling caliber 73, a thermocompensated SuperQuartz movement, COSC-certified as a chronometer. Completing the ensemble is a black leather strap with white edges and a black steel buckle. Priced at $5,950 USD, the Breitling Superocean Chronograph M2000 Blacksteel watch is limited to a production of only 250 pieces.
