TAG Heuer teamed up with the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo racing car and introduced TAG Heuer Carrera “NISMO” Calibre 16 Day-Date Chronograph Special Edition. The sporty timepiece features a 43mm case in titanium that is micro-blasted with titanium carbide, domed sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides. It has a ceramic bezel with tachometer, an AR-coated sapphire crystal, and it is water resistant to 100 meters. Inside is the Swiss automatic movement TAG Heuer Caliber 16 (base ETA or Sellita) with 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 42 hours. The caseback is decorated with a Nissan NISMO decal. Completing the ensemble is a soft touch matte alligator leather strap with red top-stitching and titanium deployant. MSRP is $5,300.
