In honor of the game’s 30th anniversary, luxury watchmaker RJ‑Romain Jerome unveiled a video game–themed timepiece, the RJ x Super Mario Bros. Housed in the brand’s distinctive Moon Invader 46 mm case, made from Grade 5 titanium with a black PVD coating, it is powered by caliber RJ001‑A, a self-winding mechanical movement beating at 28,800 vph with a 42‑hour power reserve. The black pixelated 3D dial is built on three levels, with pixelated Super Mario Bros. character and element appliqués hand‑painted in cold enamel in the 30th‑anniversary colours. Priced at $18,950 USD, it is limited to 85 pieces to coincide with the year the game was released.
