In honor of the game’s 30th anniversary, luxury watchmaker RJ-Romain Jerome unveiled a video game-themed timepiece, the RJ X Super Mario Bros. Housed in the brand’s distinctive Moon Invader 46mm case, made from titanium grade 5 with a black PVD-coating it is powered by caliber RJ001-A, a self-winding mechanical movement, beating at 28,800 vph with 42 hours of power reserve. The gorgeous black pixelated 3D dial is built on three levels, Pixelated Super Mario Bros. character and elements appliques hand-painted in cold enamel with the 30th anniversary colours. Priced at $18.950USD it is limited to only 85 pieces to coincide with the year in which the game was released.
