Swiss watchmaker Tudor, the younger sibling of notorious brand Rolex, has revealed a special edition of its Black Bay watch that will go on sale exclusively at London’s most famous department store, Harrods. Housed in a stainless steel case measuring 41mm, the timepiece has a domed sapphire crystal, it is water resistant to 200 meters and pays homage to Harrods’ trademark green colour scheme featuring a Green rotating bezel.
Inside is the Swiss automatic Tudor in-house caliber MT5612 with 26 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph with 70 hours of power reserve. It comes on a steel bracelet, alongside a complimentary black fabric strap.
Price for the Tudor Black Bay Green Harrods is £2,630, which will surely be inflated by collectors within a year to £3,000-plus, at least! Any takers?
