This impressive ride is the latest work to roll out of one of our favorite bike builders, deBolex Engineering. Perfectly painted in pearl [Ventura] orange by Image Design Custom, the renowned south London builder refined visually the brand new MT-10 with a new headlight nacelle, recessed LED lighting, upholstered Alcantara-leather seat, a custom build mudguard, hand-built paneling, and fitted with a gorgeous Rizoma gas cap. It joins a long line of Yamahas reimagined by boutique builders, like the 1983 Yamaha Virago 500 “Snubnosed Revolver” by MotoRelic, a parts-bin build that grafted a GSXR 1000 front end onto the vintage cruiser.

“It was particularly challenging to slim down, being such a big bike,” deBolex co-founder Calum Pryce-Tidd told Bike Exif. “Without redesigning the frame and tank, we would be limited by the existing skeleton and all the electronics that sat on and around it.”

Loving this, it has a really purposeful look.

What do you think of this fantastic Yamaha MT-10 McLaren Orange?
