Porsche teamed up once again with the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer TAG Heuer and unveiled a new luxury connected timepiece, the new TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 – Porsche Edition. Inspired by the design of the iconic all-electric Porsche Taycan, the timepiece is housed in a large 45-mm sandblasted black titanium case with a black ceramic polished bezel featuring a dedicated scale going from zero to 400, referencing the Porsche car’s speed.
Highlighted with details in the distinctive frozen blue metallic shade seen on the car, the watch comes with an exclusive watch face, ‘Circuit’, only available to owners of the watch; If you link your car to the watch then you’ll receive data from it through complications on the watch face, like car mileage, current car battery percentage (for electric models), or just the estimated range for gas-powered models.
It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ processor and runs a customised version of Google’s Wear2 OS system and boasts a 24-hour battery life.
Priced $2,750 USD the TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 – Porsche Edition will be released in September and is available now for pre-order at TAG Heuer’s website.
