This Ultra Rare Nike Dunk High “Wu-Tang” 1999 Could Be Yours for $50K

Nike Dunk High Wu-TangReleased back in 1985, Nike Dunk was designed as a shoe for college basketball teams by former Nike Creative Director, and designer of the Jordan 1, Peter Moore. Due to popular demand in 1999 Nike re-released the Dunk’s original ‘Be True’ collection; along with the collection, Nike created the extremely limited Nike Dunk High Wu-Tang LE – it was distributed to family and friends of the legendary Staten Island hip-hop group.

The sneaker was designed with a Black/Goldenrod colorway associated with the University of Iowa, and featured the iconic Wu-Tang logo embroidered on the lateral side and black tongue with tonal Wu-Tang logo patch. Nike dropped just 36 pairs paying homage to Wu-Tang Clan’s album, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).

Due to its rarity and age, finding the Wu Tang Dunk High has become an extremely difficult task, however, if you happen to wear a size 9 or just want a pair of the collection, here’s your chance, a pair just appeared for sale on Justin Reed website. Any takers?
