Pre‑Basel 2015 — Burberry unveils the Britain Icon Check for Men, a limited‑edition timepiece from Christopher Bailey’s new Britain Icon Check collection. The 45 mm case is titanium with a polished and brushed anthracite DLC finish, topped by an AR-coated sapphire crystal and rated water‑resistant to 50 meters. Power comes from a modified Swiss manual‑wind ETA 2878 calibre with 17 jewels, 28,800 vph and a 42‑hour power reserve. Its check‑shaped skeleton dial features a woven‑effect, openworked anthracite grid and black hands, offering tantalising glimpses of the movement and its Côtes de Genève finishing.
