High-end camera company Phase One has revealed details of its new A-Series – a powerful and compact mirrorless camera system that can deliver up to 80-megapixel captures. Tesla is releasing a new Roadster 3.0 package for the original Tesla Roadster, the two-seater sports car that was also the company’s first car. The company says this will enable the car to travel more than 400 miles (643.7 km) on a single charge and will be showcased during a non-stop drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles in early 2015.

“We have identified a new cell that has 31% more energy than the original Roadster cell. Using this new cell we have created a battery pack that delivers roughly 70kWh in the same package as the original battery,” reads Tesla’s blog post.

Available in both coupe and roadster versions, the exterior sports a two-tone color scheme that blends matte and glossy finishes in two options. The first package is made up of a matte black finish on the roof, pillars, mirrors and hood, while the second option reverses the matt and gloss, with gloss black for the upper parts of the car and air intakes. Inside, the Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition gets black Alcantara with contrast stitching matching the exterior detailing.
