
Christmas at Claridge’s is a very special time of year. For the second time in a row, the five star hotel has teamed up with long-time friends and guests of the hotel Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, to create a lavish 22 ft Christmas tree, and as expected it is bellissimo! Inspired by their childhood memories, the 8-metre high tree is covered in 300 hand-painted glass baubles, hand painted with international flags. Hublot Big Bang Unico Magic Gold

Preview Geneva 2015 – Three years after Hublot unveiled its celebrated Magic Gold in November 2011, decided to produce the Big Bang Unico with a bezel in Magic Gold…naturally. This watch features a 45.5 mm case made from micro-blasted black ceramic with polished sides, with the most scratch-resistant gold bezel ever designed: it can only be machined using diamond. The watch is powered by HUB 1242 UNICO movement developed and manufactured in-house by Hublot. It comes on a structured, ribbed black rubber. Full technical details below.

Singing Bird Cage Clock With Automaton by Jaquet Droz Sells For A Staggering $303,000

This exquisite singing bird cage clock with automaton made by the legendary watch maker Jaquet-Droz in the late 18th century, sold to a Russian collector for CHF 291,750 (Approx. $303,099 USD) at Antiquorum’s auction in Geneva on November 10. This rare piece is only just over 20cm high and sings every three hours or by a lever when required.
